Returns and Refunds

Refunds & Returns

Because each item is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your happiness with your order is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly make it right.

To request a refund or replacement, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once the issue is reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Normal color variation due to screen differences

  • Minor handmade variations that do not affect product use


Shipping Issues

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local postal carrier first. We will do our best to help, but we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
