Are your designs original?
Yes! All designs are 100% original and hand drawn by Seri. Each illustration is created digitally before being turned into stationery and drinkware products.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. All items are handmade and assembled in our studio. Because of this, small variations may occur and are part of what makes handmade items unique.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.
Since all items are handmade to order, processing time may be slightly longer during busy seasons or new product launches.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been mailed.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly help resolve the issue.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Do you offer cancellations?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already started and cancellations may not be possible.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.
How are your items packaged?
Orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
Stationery items are typically shipped in rigid mailers or protective packaging to prevent bending during transit.
